1. Login using credentials

Use the credentials provided from the office or Seafair’s team in order to login the application.

• An active internet connection is required for the first time you login
• The contract code is unique for each seafarer accessing the application. Once signed off, contract code will be invalid

2. Sync with office

3. Updating to the latest version of the application

• Our software comes out of the box with an automated updater, which keeps the software up to date with the latest version.
• The software will automatically download the latest version, and will prompt you to restart once it is ready to be installed

At the bottom of the side bar, you can see the version of the application your vessel currently runs on. Make sure you always share the version of the application whenever requesting support
