• Vacancy → A seafarer request, created from your shipping company

• Candidate → A candidate seafarer for a specific vacancy

• Proposal → The action of submitting a candidate seafarer to a vacancy

  • Proposal status → The current state of each candidate proposal, with available options:
    • Backup, Started, Rejected, Interview, Committed, Approved Withdrawn, Placed
